- Step 1: Change your CName records:
After you have registered/ purchased your domain name change its CName records to:
208.101.27.19
* In case you encounter a problem changing your CName records, feel free to see our How to change CName records tutorial.
- Step 2: Send us a notification about your domain name:
Once you are done, for your domain to become visible online, you must send us your domain name via email to support@WebsiteHelpService.com.
* Please note that it takes approximately 24-48h for this change to propagate.
- Step 3: Congratulations, your domain set up is completed AND YOUR WEBSITE IS READY!
Your domain will be active and online the next business day. Also you will receive an email notification from support, letting you know that everything was completed successfully.
